      Field Service Technician Interview

      May 2, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carolina Handling in Apr 2012

      Interview

The fist point of contact will be for testing to test your mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge. If you do well on that, you will get a call within a week for an initial interview. The interviews are laid back and are more to get to know you than to quiz you. If that goes well, you will get a call within a week to set up second interview with another person to get a second opinion of you. Then, about a week later, a call to make you an offer.

      Field Service Technician Interview

      May 12, 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Carolina Handling

      Interview

Interviewed over the phone and took online tests. Then came the interview with supervisors. All went fairly well and I was told that they were interested in having me, but I had to wait for an open position. A month later I contacted them and they said they haven't forgotten about me and still wanted me as an employee and then waited another month before hearing the same. One month later they won't return my calls or emails. 5+ months of leading me on. Very unprofessional...
