I applied online. I interviewed at Carolina Donor Services (Durham, NC) in Feb 2021
Interview
This process comprised of 3 interviews. The first was a phone screen. During this interview, I was under the impression that I would work from home and travel while being on call. During the second interview, I was told I would be coordinating for all the donations and traveling to hospitals to transport tissues. During the last interview, I was told I would be retrieving tissues. This was not in the job description and additionally, there was a position available as a tissue recovery.
I become more confused about the job I was interviewing for as the job duties seemed to change.
The staff seemed like a great set of people and I commend them for their work, But as an applicant, I felt like I would've been entering a disorganized work experience. I have never interviewed for a position that changed so much in less than a month.
I reached out to the recruiter the next day and I told them I didn't want to be considered for the position. I am not sure if I would've been offered it or not.

Interview
Invited for an hour interview . I was invited to come in for an interview which could have been done over the internet but was rejected the next working day. I believe it is only fair to consider the cost of traveling for an interview when rejecting a potential employee or cover the cost, even if partial.
