Interview
Very simple. Interviewed with HR representative first and then a department representative. Process was formal but relaxed. Reviewed my resume and then moved on to questions. Some were conducted online
I had an Interview with the recruiter assigned to the position followed by two round interview with members of the team. The first round being with the leadership team I reported to and the second being other managers I would have worked alongside with.
There were two rounds of interviews. One was with the director. Another was with the whole team. Both interviews asked fairly standard questions, such as "Tell me about a time when..."
