Great interview experience. The questions were primarily behavioral and focused on real-life scenarios, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. It felt structured, professional, and allowed me to clearly share my experiences. The interview was a positive experience and well organized. Most questions were behavioral, focusing on past experiences, teamwork, conflict resolution, and critical thinking. It provided a great opportunity to demonstrate communication skills and clinical judgment.

Interview went smoothly and lasted about an hour. They ask a lot of behavior-based and "what if" questions. It would be best to already have some examples related to situations prepared before attending the interview.
