asked typical customer service-related questions (working with a team, handling a difficult customer). I was offered a drink before the interview started and was asked why I wanted to work there.

Came into the store and waited for 15 mins during a pop. Manager came out and offered me a drink (I declined but you should take one!). Got to questions pretty quickly, was very laidback and to the point.

Easy process than some other Caribou places. "Tell me about yourself," got asked my availability date and time. I was there for like less than 10 minutes. Job offered on the spot.

I applied in November and did t hear back until February. Interview was very easy, they said they would call the next day but I didn’t hear back until a week later and it was a generic “we can’t offer you a position at this time” email
