Interview
I talked to them at the SWE Societal Conference Career Fair. The interview was all behavioral and the interviewer asked very basic questions. They focused on group and individual work. Just show them that you are a genuine person who knows more about the company than just the name.
The called me about a week and a half later with an offer.
I met with a recruiter at a university career fair. I received a call the next day asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was simple and straightforward. The interviewer was nice, and we had a good conversation. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. I was contacted very soon after with a job offer.

I met them at the Texas A&M University's Engineering Career Fair. They called me later that day and set up an interview for the very next day for a CO-OP position. It was a very easy and straight forward phone interview that lasted around 20 minutes. The interviewer asked the standard behavioral questions. With one business related question thrown in.
