Plant tour around their rape seed oil site. Then 10 minute presentation based on plant tour and 20 minute interview. Friendly people, who gave detailed information of their day to day jobs.

I had to do a pre-recorded interview to get through to the next stage of interviews/ online tests. It gave you 3 minutes to think about the answer and then a minute or so to reply.
