I was contacted for an on-campus interview after applying online and talking to recruiters my school's career fair. Interviewed with 2 people, interview was 45 minutes with the majority of the interview time being Q&A behavioral questions.

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cargill in Mar 2011
Interview
I submitted my resume to Cargill at a career fair. Later, I got a call for a follow up interview. Then had a 3:1 interview. It seemed a bit intimidating at first, but it turned out to be very relaxing and fair. The questions were pretty typical interview question.
Cargill seems to be very professional. Other key points to note is that they are very involved with community service and really seem to promote safety throughout the company. I was very impressed with their safety policies.

Interview
I had previous internship experience so my interview was just a phone interview with a recruiter and a visit to the site where I was offered a position to see if I felt I would be a good fit at that location.

Interview
The interview happened early in the morning . I was chosen from a group of my peers from the university career fair. The interview went pretty well and smooth. The interview questions were not related to the job in question and were behavioral questions.
