Met recruiter at career fair. Preliminary interview on campus. Two day interview a week or two after interview on campus. This is an opportunity to meet and get to know the managers. Even though the official interview doesn't begin until the second day, the entire time is an extended interview. The first day consists of gathering everyone in a room and have a big informative session.

Interview
I applied at my career fair and was able to get an interview slot for a video interview. They asked pretty simple behavioral questions like how do you experience line up with the goals of the facility.
Both hiring manger and HR person participated. Questions were like tell me about yourself and some basic BQs. The manager also introduced the role in detail. They were very nice.

Casual interview process and asked about my skills and willingness to relocate to other provinces. The interviewers are okay and make me comfortable. The interview was via Teams call. They also answered my additional questions.
