The standard 2-steps interview process with one technical and one mixed manager interview with some personality and vision questions. The first one was going through a list of many technologies related to the job: Git, Java, React, Spring, Threads, VMs and Docker, DB, OOP, and Software Design. There was no programming exercise, but there would be no time or need for it anyway, considering the many topics we had to cover. The interview is very easy if you know your stuff but can imagine it being too hard for people with less experience. It was the type of interview that you can't really prepare for - you either know/experienced it or you don't. The second interview was focused on personality traits with the standard "Did you ever have XXX situation and how did you react to it?" questions. There were questions related to personal vision on processes, practices, and team management. Very positive people on both interviews and awesome experience.
