Met the career recruiter at a campus recruitment talk and talked to one of the representatives. After a few days, the HR email to inform that the job is opening and invite for application. After applying online, an half an hour phone interview was scheduled. Then it was followed by an online assessment.

Interview
I got picked up by a recruiter by which I got phone interviewed. Then I had the 1:1 interview with a HR manager at the company's headquarters. The questions were mostly about my academic experience (how did i manage with money and friends, what was my thesis about, difficult moments when working on projects etc.), and also some about my career expectations and workplace needs. She asked me what i wanted to see in a workplace, and was very impressed when I said Respect and Meritocracy were among the most highly sought for. The interview ended with a 30 min maths/iq/skills test with some number strings and easy maths questions.
I'm still waiting for the call to come to the final interview.
