I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cargill (Madison, WI) in Oct 2019
Interview
I initially met representatives at my University Career Fair, where they welcomed my application directly at the fair. I then received a phone interview where they asked behavioral questions that were pretty standard. He asked me about my time studying abroad which I found to be interesting, but I think he wanted to gage my interest in living in the Midwest. He talked a majority of the time about how much he enjoyed working with Cargill, and said I would be followed up with within two weeks.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cargill (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2021
Interview
Overall a very behavior based job interview process. There aren't any technicals but you should at least have a knowledge of why you are interested in the field. Confidence is key.
