Applied online starting in 2018 and had to renew the application several times as it expires quickly. Finally got a call on a Friday for an interview on Monday. Waited about 20 minutes past my interview time and was taken back to watch a video of what the workplace was like and then interviewed. Interview was short. Cargill only hires production staff with experience in meat processing and production so it was a waste of time and gas money. Cargill needs to stress that they only want experienced workers in their application process to avoid a lot of unnecessary wasted time and gas money and disappointment. The facility was nice and there seemed to be some friendly people there. Cargill's interview process seems very outdated and slow and not respectful to hopeful candidates.
