Met at a college career fair, was invited for a next day interview.
Interview took place at the college career center and lasted an hour. Focused heavily on behavioral interview questions. Was asked to use the STAR method to answer. Received a phone call offer two days later. Very fast and friendly.

Interview
I applied at my career fair and was able to get an interview slot for a video interview. They asked pretty simple behavioral questions like how do you experience line up with the goals of the facility.
Both hiring manger and HR person participated. Questions were like tell me about yourself and some basic BQs. The manager also introduced the role in detail. They were very nice.

Casual interview process and asked about my skills and willingness to relocate to other provinces. The interviewers are okay and make me comfortable. The interview was via Teams call. They also answered my additional questions.
