I applied online. I interviewed at Career Opportunities Group (Olympia, WA)
Interview
MS Teams interview and then they wanted me to drive all the way to Olympia for an in-person interview. I reluctantly agreed because I needed a job, but it seemed a bit out of the ordinary to be required to interview an hour away for an entry-level position, despite the job posting listed the primary office for the position as being 10 mins away. The interview was in a small room with 3 other people. There were 4 pages of questions with many of them being the exact same question, just phrased differently. "what does customer service look like? What does good customer service mean? How do you handle stress with an unhappy customer? What happens when you work with a customer who isn't satisfied? What do you do when you can't meet a customer's needs?" How do you answer each of these questions uniquely and who gives 4 pages of questions for an entry-level position??

Question 1
How do you handle stress with an unhappy customer?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Career Opportunities Group (Olympia, WA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Three long pages of interview questions. They acknowledge that many people who interview or who are working with them have no idea what the position entails. Must have great communication and interpersonal skills. The technical skills can be taught. Overall a lengthy process but apparently the compensation and career advancements are great.
