I started out by speaking with a recruiter over the phone for about 10-15 minutes. It went well. She was very personable and took the time to address any questions I had.
She then scheduled an interview for the next day with the hiring manager on Teams.
The interview only lasted 17 minutes and I was super nervous since it was on the shorter side, but it did go very well. We went over the typical "tell me about yourself" and we went over questions that pertained to my skills and the role I was interviewing for. I definitely encourage you to go over the company mission and values. Make it a point to explain how you will contribute to those values! Dress nicely! Dress as if going into the office.
