They had you fill out a hand written application upon arriving to time agreed on. Had a basic EMT written test and then the interview. They hire just about everyone to walk through the door. I spoke with some partners who claimed they had a bad interview but they still got the job. I had not seen even one person walk through the hiring manager's door who left without a job. The turn over rate is extremely high because, well, you'll find out (management), so they hire anyone they can get who has an EMT cert.
