I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CardinalOps (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Feb 2025
Interview
I got referred by a staffing agency. The process was absolutely careless. The interviewer scheduled the 15-minutes interview and than canceled it shortly before the meeting twice. The 2nd time I wasn't notified of the cancellation before the time of the interview and the reason of the cancellation was that "the interviewer's phone wasn't working". The excuse sounded even more ridiculous, considering that I was contacted by WhatsApp (that, apparently, kept working fine). Sometimes, it makes me wonder if the guys lack more on intelligence or on basic respect. Now, when you are applying to the company you should be aware that the guys have 5(!) interview stages while counting 6 developers! A bit of a joke. I don't know what they think of themselves since it doesn't seem to be compensated by any higher pay. Although I've got rather stellar experience and education working for the biggest companies in the world and having graduated from some of the best tech schools in the world, I got rejected after the 15 minutes phone interview, which doesn't happen too often. I attribute it to the initial failures of the interview process the someone tried to efficiently cover up. Not that I would be super-interested working for the guys, however :-)
