Agile Coaches who recently learnt about Agile asked me if I can do Project Management also because their roles demands that too. I asked them how do you “transform” a team into mature Agile team if you want your Scrum Master to do Project Management which is completely opposite of Agile. The lady got furious and asked random questions after that and left the interview. Rest of the interview went well but guess what I was not selected, probably because their insecure Agile Coaches couldn’t handle the heat. Thats the problem with these companies. They call it Agile but the people they hire destroyed the Agile culture. I am shocked that she was a Agile Coach. God bless the teams.
