My interview process was really laid back. I had a background that had nothing to do with payment processing, but because I am detail oriented and great with people the skills were translatable. I had a sit down with HR at the time of my interview and also the manager of my department. It was obvious that it was a mutual interview, not just them interviewing me, but me also interviewing them to see if this would be the right fit. I felt like I was having a comfortable informative conversation about what the CardConnect experience could be.
