CarDon & Associates interview questions

Completely unprofessional. The Talent Acquisition Specialist called over 20 minutes late for a phone interview. She then invited me to an in person interview the following day. 2 1/2 hours before my in person interview she calls to say the position is no longer available. I have had many interviews, have worked in recruiting before and I can honestly say this was the rudest company ever. (This was for Hamilton Trace in Fishers.)

Very easy going, comfortable. Basic questions such as where you worked previously why you’re interested in working for cardon. I work for a smaller community building which makes it more of a home environment vs work.
