I passed the initial video interview with their AI "Alex" and was told a recruiter would reach out to me. Not only did I not hear from any recruiter but I looked up who the recruiter was on LinkedIn and both emailed her along with my message on LinkedIn and she never responded. Then the job asked me to reapply after already applying and making it past the first round.
