initial screen followed by 2 person panel. It wasn't an extensive process, great thought-provoking questions were asked. The initial screen came after I met them at a career fair in the library. They were very pleasant and warm when asking questions and gave me ample opportunity to present myself well

It's one interview that is conducted over Zoom. The interview is a few background questions and then a few behavioral questions. My interview was fairly laid back, the HR and branch manager were friendly and easy to talk to.
