Very open, friendly, amicable, telephone interview; a 2nd interview with the Vice president, then an onsite in person interview. My experiences Marketing on various mediums. ROI in double percentage numbers was a positive influence being selected.

Fairly easy and customary. Was ask all the usual experience, motivation, and tact questions with B2B interactions.

Easy. Seems as if management wants to get to know you as a person. Lots of questions that does not pertain to the job description at hand. Management wants to make sure that you will be comfortable in the position, like the job, and happy.
