Interview
Two short twenty minute interviews. More of a get to know you type of interview. I interviewed with a research associate and a senior research associate. Know about the economy and go in with an open mind. They don't expect you to know every thing. CMC is a small company and every one has a different role so don't be afraid to be a team player. Every one has their chance to do analytical work, but no one is beneath making calls or hunting down due dilligence reports.
