I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital Group (Providence, RI) in Sep 2015
Interview
I did a first round interview with TAP, which consisted of one behavioral interview with a Capital Group associate. My roommate conducted second round interviews with them, which consisted of six behavioral interviews in New York. The third round is 13 behavioral interview in Los Angeles. It was slightly awkward in the sense that my interviewer was pouring over my resume and seemed to pick at certain things which didn't merit a response- such as my roommates' perception of me, which courses I would recommend to all students at my university, and where I had lived over the course of my life. They also did the classic (and in my opinion, poor form) response after-the-fact, as I knew my roommate had been selected for second rounds about two weeks before I was informed I hadn't made the cut. I would have preferred just knowing up front I wasn't in consideration (its such a small program anyway!).

The strangest question was how my roommates would describe me - wasn't prepared for that!
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Group (New York, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
I found out about TAP The Associate Program at Capital Group through my university's career center. There was an initial phone screening, then a first round interview on campus, and then a final round interview in New York City, at their offices there. The on-campus interview was one on one and lasted about 45 minutes. The interview in New York City consisted of several rounds of one on one interviews lasting the entire afternoon. These were with a variety of employees at different levels and in different roles.
