I interviewed here in September. The interview itself was bland, competency questions galore to the point even the interviewer admitted they did not understand the question themselves. 2nd interviewer seemed bored and was staring at the ceiling most of the time. I was offered to go back for a second interview but kindly declined.

How do you find dealing with a difficult workload and how do you handle this?
Good process overall and online system works perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend applying and preparing yourself as there are up to 6-8 questions asked. A good idea would be to research the department you would be working in

How confident are you with using different softwares
Pre screening was with an external recruiter and then there was an interview with two managers. It was about an hour long and the tone was friendly and they asked standard competency and behavioural questions.
Good interview. Quick call from HR and then an interview. Before the interview a language test (eng and German). I received the offer on the same day. I wonder why the process was so quick.
