Short case study given of a telecom operator and we need laid a strategy of how to maximize his revenues 3 times in next 3 years. We were given 30 mins to gather our thoughts and then submit the ppt. Next day, on the basis of ppt students were shortlisted and then were called for the interview which was simple case based.

1st round with HR - general discussion on profile and experience (10 mins). 2nd round with Recruiting Manager - competency based, general questions around experience, why consulting? 3rd round was 3 hrs TSE: 1 competency interview then group exercise - case presentation with 2 other candidates (we were told you shouldn't be competiting with each other, collaboration will give you better chance) 4th round: casual catch up/follow up with another managing consultant. Told that I did good in group round but seemed pushy towards team during making decisions.
