There was the initial application, 5 online psychometric tests, an online interview and an assessment day. Compare to other interviews i found this one the hardest. It was very intense and thorough. The assessment day you had to do a group activity where you were given a sustainability issue and you had to debate that your issue was the most important. You and your group had to come to agreement which one was best. You then had to present to the panel why this decision was made. There was a series of 'micro exercises' which were individuals tests. These are to assess whether you fit the Capgemini culture. Lastly an hour interview takes place.
