Cape Cod Healthcare interview questions

The Interview was through a Microsoft teams meeting video call. It was one on one. Seemed pretty casual and straight forward. Interviewer was kind and helpful, able to answer my questions about the role.

Met with six to seven nurses in a conference room after a screening with HR; they were friendly, upbeat, and interested. Included nurse managers and nurse educators. It took a couple of business days to hear back about the offer but they were excited to have new people onboard and supportive of new graduate nurses.
