I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CapTel Service Specialists (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2019
Interview
The first round was typical questions (why should we hire you, why do you want to work here), and then they tested my ability to read, write, and speak. I had to point out spelling errors and write on a keyboard and meet their typing speed requirements. When I typed too slow, they allowed me to come in another day to retry. I got the position.
Pretty standard comprises of a phone interview and an in person orientation. Expected to wear business casual and the hiring manager in the Orlando branch was easy to talk to and professional.
