CapRelo interview questions

I went through an initial HR screen and then took the required PI Behavioral Assessment - personality test. Despite investing significant time in the process, I never received any follow-up or final communication from the company. Being ghosted is unprofessional and reflects a lack of respect for candidates. If this is how they treat prospective hires, it raises concerns how they will treat their customers.

I was sent a PI behavioral assessment and directed to complete a one-way interview with 8 questions. You have 60 seconds once presented with the question and 2 minutes to respond. You cannot re-record it nor can you go back. It’s impersonal and behavioral assessments are pseudo science. I can take the same exam several times and expect different results. We are not robots. Candidates are also looking for the right fit and want to learn more about the role and company. I never got to learn more about the role no did I even speak to someone. Complete waste of time.
