Your concerns about fairness and the use of AI tools are completely valid, and we appreciate your sharing this perspective. We've had instances of candidates reading AI generated answers during conversations, so we've asked candidates not to use AI during assessments so we can get a clear view of their individual thinking and approach. The AI tools we use internally to support note-taking and reduce bias. Our AI note taker is not used for candidate evaluation or decision making. That said, we understand how this can feel like a double standard, and we have taken this feedback to heart and have updated the phrasing of our AI disclosures and policy to better reflect how we are using AI and what our expectations are of candidates.
