      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Canyon Ranch (Lenox, MA) in May 2019

      Interview

The interview process with Canyon Ranch was lovely. The entire process from submitting my application to receiving an offer took around 3 weeks in total. I heard back about a week after submitting my application via email from the HR recruiter at which time we scheduled a phone call to discuss scheduling an in-person interview for the following week. The in-person interview included meeting with HR privately, then meeting with several staff managers privately as well. Everyone was wonderful. The questions were straight forward, and fairly easy. But most of all I really felt as though the entire team took the time to invest in the interview experience. The positive vibes of this place are off the charts! They also have great benefits and use of the amazing facilities. Less than a week after my interview I was offered the position. But sadly I had to decline it because the pay was pretty far outside my salary range, and I had some other future business opportunities closer to home. I would have been relocating from another state to accept the position and with the prospect of future business opportunities closer to home, I just didn't feel it was in everyone's best interest for me to accept the position.
