Pros
Beautiful facility. Discounts on services. Probably a really great company if you work on the corporate side/C-Suite.
Cons
However, if you are going to apply for a hands on role at a property/club - do not work here. Including management positions. Canyon Ranch was once a celebrated idea, company, and place to work, but over the last handful of years with the ownership change, as well as the current C-Suite (Rivers, Phinney, Werner, etc), Canyon Ranch is the worst “health and wellness” company on the market. Mainly for your mental health. And your pay. If you do decide to take a job on the property/club side, just remember this review when you try to ask for a pay raise (LOL), find yourself doing the work of three roles because they are too cheap and broke (yes, really) to hire good talent, and lose sleep at night because you have zero support from the people who think they know better than you who have never worked a day in their life in customer service. As a warning: please keep searching for another company to work for if you want to keep your sanity and be respected for what you bring to the table.
