Very long, many many steps, in depth, asking questions from a long time ago in the past, but helps understand the company very very well. Need to speak to engineers, hiring mangers, etc. There's also a take-home task involved
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Canonical (Poland, ME) in Nov 2024
Interview
Got through 4 stages, excruciating and time-consuming process, and receiving no information on your rejection is frustrating. While the interviewers were friendly, the whole process is really annoying. I understand they have a lot of applicants, but maybe they should better describe each position to avoid wasting our time.
Unnecessarily long, did a total of 7 interviews and 3 assessments only to be rejected at the end with no feedback. You will also be required to do a take home assessment
Went through 5 rounds of interviews only to be ignored afterwards. Initial calls were good but I was essentially meeting with everyone from the initial and answering the same questions on repeat. Then waas told there would be another 2 stages and a cast study from there. Very long process.
