      This company's interview process was very lengthy and impersonal. I completed four rounds, including a psychological assessment and a long written essay, but received no feedback and had no opportunity for interaction with the interviewers. This lack of communication suggests they may not value candidates' time. I recommend considering other opportunities that prioritize a more respectful and interactive interview process.
