Everything was online. The process was fairly well defined and got informed. The person in charge was extremely quick to give feedback and I was impressed considering the size of the organisation.
Did not get an offer in the end

Question 1
Made it only to written interview and psychometric assessments but I very much do not think that some standardised test based on time do show your true self. Especially for the the type of position I personally found it completely irrelevant to try a 'fits-it-all' test.
