Hard to describe a process that doesn't really exist! The hiring manager sent a 30-question questionnaire and then if your answers were adequate they sent 2 intelligence assessments. Look, I've used these assessments before, and I understand how they work-- and they're inherently biased against people with dyslexia or those who are neurodiverse, which I am. They rejected me after that which I expected but then in their rejection email they had the guts to say: "I appreciate the investment you have made in the process and I hope it has helped you refine your thoughts on your next career steps." Considering I never spoke with anyone about the role, and they had the indecency of telling me I wasn't "intelligent" enough to work for the company, this was a pretty disgraceful email.
