The interview process seemed laborious from the start, and I heard quite a bit of a stir about the company’s process, but I just wanted to lay out my thoughts on the process. The first step, they expect you to essentially write an essay, full of poor grammar, asking really generic questions. I understand they get a lot of applicants, plenty of other companies won’t make candidates jump through this many hoops. After writing my 700 word paper, I was asked to complete an IQ and Personality test, I still don’t understand why this was necessary, especially before ever speaking to any representatives with the company. I reluctantly did it, but after, my candidacy was rejected without any clarification as to why. I feel like my time was wasted for no reason.
