Very lengthy, takes about three months, often longer. It's split into many stages, each of which filters out many candidates. The first stage is a very lengthy written interview, followed by a strange pseudo-IQ test of sorts.
The second stage is technical interviews (likely three of them).
The third stage is managerial interviews.

Hella wack thru and thru. They require somehow an even longer essay than the one you originally apply with. I feel that they don't even read half the words on it tho.
