Straight forward person on person, very friendly and informal. Interviewed with the engineering lead and there was no second round. Met with the team briefly and joined up. Very direct and effective.

Lasted about 30 minutes, more of an informal process, there were 10-12 set questions and opportunity for a back-and-forth conversation. Met with the Engineering manager and he asked me the standard "tell me about yourself" question, a question about a failure, etc.
