Pretty straight forward. The first interview was very short, requesting to see documents and seeing if you are a good fit. The second interview was rather disappointing. The Service manager was apparently not available so they there were 2 supervisors standing in for him. They spent more time explaining what the job entailed and didn't really ask many questions, which made me curious as to their decision making process. I asked more questions that the 2 combined!
