Had an initial phone call with HR and then was invited to interview in person. The in-person interview seemed a bit unstructured with questions being very vague. One example "If you had a million dollars how would you improve a data center?" I asked what the existing specs were of this hypothetical data center were and wasn't given an answer which made answering this question with certainty difficult. I followed up with HR multiple times and haven't heard anything back - the communication with them is basically a black hole. I have no idea if the position has been filled/cancelled, if I've been rejected, or anything. I'd be reluctant to accept an offer at this stage given how the communication has gone with them thus far despite otherwise being very excited about what they do.
