Canadian Chinese Radio interview questions

I was invited for an interview for other post but given my background they moved me for this job role (but not the same title to offer). The company is small so the administration was flexible - they called me in the late afternoon to arrange an interview the next day for both interviews. I got 2nd interview and the offer but I later declined, given the job nature, title, pay and their political belief.
