The interview was suppose to be 3 part process. Initial with Talent Acquisition, then with hiring manager, then with client on site. I passed the first two as my experience, temperament and skills was a great fit. Then after interviewing with hiring manager, i heard nothing from them. They said the client did not select their interviewees.

Interview
In one day I individually met with three senior managers (Engineering, Finance and Project Controls) then met with the CEO. The entire meeting took half of the day. Everyone was accommodating as well as upbeat and busy. An offer letter was submitted approximately one week after the interview.
