Apply online, and then one round in person with the location's GM and maybe one other person. The interview lasts about thirty minutes, standard interview questions about your previous experience and your availability.
Met with the general manager and she conducted
a basic interview that went well. She asked me about personal strengths and weaknesses. Also why I wanted to work there and about my prior job

Interview
The interview process was very easy. They asked about previous work experience and explained the position and company to me. It was a normal interview with no difficult/trick questions. Basically, they want to see that you are willing to work hard and are eager to work at their restaurants.
