Virtual interview questions we're all scenario based generic questions . Interviewer didn't take any notes on my answers and had no follow up questions. Interviewer seemed not interested in me right from the bat and I had over years experience as a Medicaid and Medicare CSR for a major company and she didn't have any questions about my experience in that specifically either which was odd considering this was the exact job I was applying for.

Easy - usual questions about experience, they focused on how callers can be stressed by medical bills and importance on having empathy for their experiences. Benefits from day one, Small bonus, pay is ok, 40 hours per week and remote work. Interviewers were kind.
