Calvin Christian interview questions

It wasn't like a regular interview. The employer started off by explaining to me what they did during the program. She then gave me a survey with a few questions about myself. After I finished that, the employer told me that she would assign a child to me and email me when it was time to start.

The process was one hour long. It was during the summer. There were four interviewers, with one leading the process. They were very friendly. We laughed a lot. It was in the school office. They politely saw me out and told me they would be in touch within a week, which they did. Unfortunately I didn't get teh job.
