California Rehabilitation Institute interview questions

Brief interview with management with mostly situation-based questions and plenty of time to ask my own questions, tour/informal interview with peer staff. Staff were friendly and informative. Tour was good to see what patient rooms and therapy gym looks like.

Process started with submitting an application online. The recruiter then phoned me and asked me logistical questions such as if I was licensed in California, if I was looking for PRN or full time, etc. Once that was completed, he asked when I was available for an in-person interview. The interview was a brief one on one interview with Physical Therapy Manager along with a tour of the facility.
